Teach In 2012- Netley Sailing Club

Dear Wil,

This years teach in is taking place once more at the ever popular at Netley Sailing Club on the 24-25 March. The teach in is open to all levels of Dart sailors from the absolute beginner to the regular circuit sailor, there is something for everyone.

This year we have a range of instructors from the top of the Dart fleet, that will share their top tips with you!

Camping at Netley is free, within their large camping field (sorry no caravans but motor homes and tents welcome).If you prefer the comfort of a B&B, the Prince Consort pub is available phone 02380 452676 this pub is ideally situated within stumbling distance of the club.

There will be an evening meal available on Saturday night and most importantly the bar will be open on Friday and Saturday nights (all members of the Dart fleet welcome to join in the social even if not attending the teach-in).

Netley Sailing Club is located within a large country park adjacent to a small village on the edge of Southampton water, close to the Solent and Hamble village. The water is flat, similar to sailing on inland waters, plus we have 2 tides thus enabling us to sail at almost any state of the tide, excellent for training.
